Raising of the 2023/2024 Patrol Season The official " Raising of the Flags " ceremony is scheduled for Saturday the 23rd of September marking the official start of the 2023/24 volunteer patrolling season for the Surf Lifesaving Far North Coast Branch.  The event is being held at Ballina Lighthouse SLSC commencing at 8.30am .  Ballina SLSC is also celebrating 90 years on the beach patrolling . 

The Branch will be holding an Interbranch Team Selection Trial Activity to assist with the final selection of the 2023 FNC Interbranch Representative Team to compete at the SLSNSW Interbranch Championships at Fingal Beach SLSC, on 2nd and 3th December 2023. Location: Cudgen Headland SLSC Date: Saturday 7 October 2022 Timings: 8.30am-11.00am Nominations: The Closing date for Team Nomination forms is 5pm on Sunday 15th October 2023
